Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.

 

We ship 6 days a week. Once your order is confirmed we will send tracking information to the email address provided.

Pickup Orders

Orders placed for pickup will be conducted as follows. When an order is placed for pickup you will receive a follow up email within 4 hours confirming your order. In that email you will be sent the pickup address and a time in which you can pick up your order willl be arranged. When you place an order for pickup you have 5 days to pick your order up or it will be restocked on the shelf for sale and you will not receive a refund. We no longer accept deposits to hold any item. If you are intersted in making a purchase the full amount of that item shall be paid and you will have a total of 5 business days to pick that item up or it will be restocked.

Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows:

Due to covid-19 we do not allow any returns on any items after it is picked up or mailed out to customer. Customers are encouraged to read the description under every item to ensure that they are ordering the correct size. If any item is ripped or damaged due to customer ordering the incorrect size you will not be refunded. If an item is ripped or damaged upon arrival customer will receive store credit in the total amount of the item purchased.

We are not responsible for any and all items after they have been mailed out. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after purchase. Tracking is then uploaded. After an item is shipped it is then in between the customer and the ups carrier to determine the whereabouts of the package if it is deemed not received. 

For local orders we do not allow you to try on items before purchase. If an item is ripped, damaged or stained at your fault we can no longer sell the item.

In the event that an item purchased happens to not fit as expected we will allow that item to be exchanged if we are notified within 12 hours. This is to ensure that the item is unworn and is still in season to be restocked. 

When placing an order for pickup please read the email in entirety. Specific instructions will be sent including what time and place to pickup your order. You can reach us by phone if there is a delay in response via email. Please have your name and order number ready when inquiring so that we can find your order and assist you effectively. 
 

We do not accept returns on sale items. All sales are final on items marked for discount.
